Contact Us
We'd love to hear from you. Whether you have a question about one of our calculators, spotted an error, or want to discuss advertising or a partnership, please get in touch.
Email us
The best way to reach us is by email — write to info@finrato.com. We usually reply within a few business days.
What we can help with
- Questions about how our calculators work
- Reporting an error or a bug
- Feedback and ideas for new tools
- Advertising, media and partnership enquiries
Reporting an error
Corrections are the fastest thing acted on here, and a good report gets fixed far quicker than a vague one. If a figure looks wrong, it helps enormously to include:
- the address of the page you were on
- the figures you entered, so the result can be reproduced
- what the calculator showed, and what you expected instead
- the source you are comparing against, if you have one
Every calculator page carries the date its figures were last verified. When a correction lands, the calculation, the guide beneath it and that date are all updated together.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you which loan, account or product to choose, review your personal finances, or answer “what should I do in my situation?”. That is regulated advice, and Finrato is not a regulated adviser — giving it would be both unhelpful and improper. Every calculator page links the free, impartial services that can help, including government bodies and registered charities.
Who you are writing to
Messages go to Łukasz Wójcik, the independent developer who builds and maintains Finrato. The project is run from Scotland, United Kingdom. There is no support team and no call centre — replies are written by a person, which is also why they take a few days rather than minutes.
What happens to your message
Your email is used to reply to you and nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing and not passed to any third party. Please do not send account numbers, card details or other sensitive personal data — nothing here ever requires them.
Please note
Finrato provides free informational tools only. We cannot give personalised financial, tax or legal advice. For our terms and privacy & cookie policy, see the Legal page; to learn more about the project, see FAQ About.
